Is concrete leveling worth it?
Short answer: For most sunken but otherwise sound concrete, yes. Leveling typically costs a fraction of replacement, can be done in hours instead of days, and avoids tear-out, hauling, and a fresh curing period.
Polyurethane foam leveling also fills the voids that caused the settlement, which often extends the life of the slab.
Leveling is not a fit for concrete that is structurally failed or broken into many pieces.
A short on-site assessment is usually enough to determine whether leveling is the right approach.
