Can sunken concrete be lifted instead of replaced?
Short answer: In most cases, yes. If the slab is structurally sound, polyurethane foam injection can raise it back to grade in hours, at a fraction of the cost of replacement.
Lifting works for driveways, sidewalks, patios, pool decks, garage floors, and walkways.
It does not work for concrete that is heavily broken, severely spalled, or has lost reinforcement.
An on-site assessment is the only reliable way to know which approach is right.
